We are seeking experienced mental health professionals to join us as permanent Clinical Case Managers. In this role, you will support our inbound helpline, engage in online chat, assess mental health needs, provide clinically appropriate referrals or guidance, offer immediate support, deliver video‑based therapy sessions, and manage cases across our client base. You will also collaborate closely with our global clinical teams.

As our UK and Republic of Ireland team expands rapidly, you will need to thrive in a fast‑moving, flexible environment and support both our growing team and the evolution of our services. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape our organisation.

This is a permanent role, available full‑time across five days or part‑time across three or four days per week. It is fully remote and supports a strong work‑life balance.

We follow a fixed shift pattern, offering weekday or weekend shifts to ensure service coverage from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with a diverse range of presenting issues and levels of severity
• Confidently manage safeguarding and high‑risk situations
• Conduct rapid clinical assessments
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Monitor and manage your caseload
• Serve as the initial point of contact for service users via helpline or online chat
• Provide brief, goal‑focused therapeutic support and psychoeducation
• Complete concise clinical and therapeutic assessments to identify needs
• Carry out thorough risk assessments and implement risk management plans
• Identify suitable support options, including therapy sessions or external resources
• Accurately document all relevant information in the clinical database
• Follow all clinical and operational standards, protocols, and procedures
• Collaborate with global clinical teams
• Communicate with affiliate clinicians for case updates when needed
• Contribute to service and business development
• Participate in governance and quality assurance processes

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in counselling that meets UK or Republic of Ireland professional standards
• Current registration or accreditation with the relevant professional body

Experience
Essential
• Experience supporting a wide range of psychological and workplace‑related concerns, including mental health issues, trauma, stress, family and relationship difficulties, anxiety, and substance‑related challenges
• At least 400 hours of therapeutic practice after qualification
• Experience working in high‑pressure, time‑limited environments
• Background in managing high‑risk cases such as suicide, abuse, and substance misuse
• Minimum of two years of professional experience

Desirable
• Current or previous experience working for an EAP provider in the UK or Republic of Ireland
• Experience delivering support within time‑limited frameworks
• Prior experience as an intake clinician, including phone, live chat, or email counselling

• Comfortable using computers and typing while engaging in clinical work over the phone
• Clear and articulate communicator
• Strong telephone skills and capable of delivering therapy remotely
• Solid clinical judgement with strong risk management ability

• Collaborative team player
• Awareness of business and commercial considerations
