We are seeking skilled language specialists to help with an ongoing project involving the review and enhancement of Arabic (UAE) customer service content. The work focuses on refining machine-translated materials to ensure accuracy, natural flow, and adherence to project standards.
What you’ll do
• Review and improve machine-translated customer service content, including help articles, UI text, and internal support documents
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, proper tone, and contextual relevance in Arabic (UAE)
• Maintain consistency in terminology, style, and meaning
• Incorporate feedback to support ongoing quality improvements
• Complete assignments using a Translation Management System (TMS)
• Communicate with Project Managers when clarification is needed

Requirements
• Native-level proficiency in Arabic (UAE) with strong English skills

• Successful completion of required assessments
Compensation: $31.37 per hour
