About the Role
We’re expanding our remote team and are looking for a Customer Support Representative to help clients with travel reservations, schedule coordination, and daily customer service.

This 100% remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a flexible environment while gaining valuable experience in the travel industry.

You’ll support clients from their first contact through the end of their trip, working from home with structured training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do
– Help clients book cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
– Provide professional support by phone, email, and online platforms
– Manage reservation confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
– Research destinations and travel options based on client preferences
– Maintain accurate client and reservation records
– Support clients before, during, and after their trips
