Job Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Travel Booking Agent to join our expanding remote travel team. In this role, you’ll help clients plan and book their trips by delivering outstanding customer service—from the first question to the end of their journey.

This fully remote position is perfect for people who enjoy assisting others, have excellent organization skills, and feel comfortable working in a flexible home setup.

Key Responsibilities
– Help clients with travel reservations, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
– Research destinations, prices, and travel options to fit each client’s needs
– Process booking requests, confirm reservations, and update travel itineraries
– Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
– Keep accurate client and reservation records
– Share travel requirements, policies, and necessary documentation
– Develop lasting client relationships through great service and follow-up

Requirements
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment
– Basic computer skills and the ability to learn booking systems quickly
– Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
– A real interest in travel and a desire to help people plan their trips

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in travel, hospitality, bookings, or customer service
– Sales experience or experience working directly with customers
– Familiarity with online booking tools or CRM systems
