About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Travel Reservation Agent to join our growing remote travel team. In this role, you’ll help clients plan and book travel experiences while delivering excellent customer service—from the first question through the end of their trip.
This fully remote position is ideal for people who enjoy assisting others, are highly organized, and thrive in a flexible work-from-home environment.
What You’ll Do
- Help clients with travel reservations, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
- Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to meet client needs
- Handle booking requests, confirmations, and updates to itineraries
- Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and online
- Keep accurate client files and reservation details
- Share travel requirements, policies, and relevant documentation
- Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn booking systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Genuine interest in travel and a strong desire to help people plan
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service
- Sales experience or experience working directly with clients
- Familiarity with online booking tools or CRM systems
