About the Role
We are growing our remote team and looking for a Customer Support Representative to help clients with travel reservations, booking coordination, and general customer care.
This fully remote role is perfect for someone who enjoys assisting others, solving problems, and working in a flexible setting while gaining valuable experience in the travel services field.
You will guide clients throughout their travel process — from their first inquiry to the completion of their trip — all while working from home with structured training and continued support.

What You’ll Do
• Help clients book cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
• Offer professional support through phone, email, and online platforms
• Handle booking confirmations, itinerary changes, and travel documents
• Research destinations and travel options based on client preferences
• Keep accurate customer and reservation records
• Assist clients before, during, and after their trips
