About the Role
We’re expanding our remote team and looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist clients with travel reservations, booking coordination, and everyday customer service.

This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a flexible setting, while building experience in the travel industry.

You’ll support clients from their first inquiry through the end of their trip, working from home with structured training and ongoing guidance.

What You’ll Do
– Help clients book cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
– Provide professional support by phone, email, and online channels
– Manage booking confirmations, itinerary changes, and travel-related documents
– Research travel destinations and options based on client preferences
– Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
– Assist clients before, during, and after their trips
