About the Role
We’re growing our remote team and seeking a Customer Support Representative to help clients with travel reservations, booking coordination, and day-to-day customer service.

This fully remote role is perfect for someone who enjoys assisting others, solving problems, and working in a flexible environment while gaining valuable experience in the travel industry.

You’ll support clients from their first inquiry through the end of their trip, working from home with structured training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do
– Assist clients in booking cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
– Provide professional support by phone, email, and online platforms
– Handle booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
– Research destinations and travel options based on client preferences
– Keep accurate customer and reservation records
– Support clients before, during, and after their trips
