We are looking for proactive individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Specialists, primarily supporting tourism and booking coordination. You will help customers plan and organize their travel itineraries.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages

• Handle itinerary confirmations, changes, and related travel documents
• Research destination information, pricing, and travel options
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records
• Support customers before, during, and after their trip

Qualifications

No prior travel industry experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.
