We’re looking for proactive individuals to support our team as remote customer service specialists. The main focus is on providing support in the tourism sector and coordinating travel bookings. You help customers design and organize their trips.
This role allows you to work from home while gaining valuable experience in customer service, trip planning, and relationship management.

Responsibilities
• Assist with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and digital platforms
• Handle confirmations, changes, and related travel documents
• Research destinations, prices, and travel options
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records
• Support customers before, during, and after their trip
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote environment
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Prior experience in the travel industry is not required—we provide full onboarding and ongoing support.
