Join Our Team as a Remote Travel Advisor / Agent

This role is ideal for people who are passionate about travel, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for clients around the world. In this position, you’ll deliver personalized travel planning, expert guidance, and smooth booking support for both leisure and business travelers. This is a 1099 commission-based position working under a host travel agency.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and organize client travel itineraries, including flights, lodging, transportation, tours, and other travel services.
– Provide tailored recommendations and expert advice based on clients’ preferences and budgets.
– Stay current on travel industry trends, destinations, regulations, and promotions.
– Coordinate with travel suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure the best rates and availability.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
– Respond to client questions, concerns, and emergencies professionally and promptly.
– Manage travel documentation, including passports, as well as travel protection.
– Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
