M3 Wake Research Inc. is one of the largest independent clinical research site services companies in North America. Wake Research has 23 owned and managed research sites across 9 states in the US and continues to grow. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Clinical Research Trainer. This position is remote with up to 40% travel.

The Clinical Research Trainer will be responsible for building and implementing our clinical training programs for Research staff throughout the company.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize blended delivery methods for staff training such as face-to-face, individual and group classroom, virtual, eLearning, and online
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to develop training curriculum for adult learners
  • Evaluate and employ innovative products and training methods to improve our delivery methods and meet the needs of a growing organization
  • Collaborate with training team and Human Resources to provide New Hire Technical Training
  • Participate in Leadership business re-engineering projects to assess the need for and provide application and workflow training
  • Complete daily administrative tasks to include training prep, instructional design, schedule management, documentation of end-user support, and communication
  • Attend training-related conferences, webinars, and workshops
  • Develop, update, and maintain all training materials for the Clinical Research Coordinator and Clinical Research Assistant training.
  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate training & post-training for Clinical Operations
  • Develop all training curriculum to incorporate adult learning concepts and meeting best practices
  • Create and maintain a positive, professional, vibrant and entertaining learning environment in order to engage group and individual trainees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and experience in Education, Nursing, Healthcare, Auditing, Health, Social Science, Athletic Training, Health Care, Audiology, School of Nursing
  • 3+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience in a private research site/network setting including mentoring or delivering training to team
  • 2+ years of experience training experience
  • Ability to travel domestically 40%
