The Role We Need:
PadSplit is looking for a committed and capable Tier 2 Host Support Advocate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be a critical part of our support system, delivering advanced technical assistance and exceptional service to our hosts—the property owners and managers using PadSplit—ensuring they have a smooth and productive experience with our platform.

The Person We Are Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with people and solving problems creatively in a fast‑paced startup environment. This is not a typical customer support role; it’s more like client support, where you’ll build ongoing relationships with many of our customers. You’ll face new challenges daily and will need to think quickly and independently. Ideal candidates are self‑directed, comfortable working with customers, and excited about continuous learning. If you like thinking creatively, tackling tough problems, and collaborating closely with a strong team, this position is a great fit.

Here’s What You’ll Do Day‑To‑Day:
• Deliver excellent customer service to hosts by quickly responding to inquiries via tickets, email, and phone on topics such as policies, products, concerns, and financial matters.
• Help hosts understand their options and work through complex situations to find solutions.
• Represent PadSplit to this important customer group by ensuring a great experience and building trust.
• Stay up to date on our evolving product and policies and use that knowledge to troubleshoot and guide hosts.
• Reduce escalations by showing empathy, communicating clearly, and remaining professional.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate them with recommendations for improvements.
• Share host feedback to help improve our products and services.
• Ensure hosts follow PadSplit’s standards and policies.
• Collaborate closely with team members across departments to resolve host challenges and deliver complete solutions.

• Willingness to learn new skills and fill gaps as needed
• Self‑motivation
• A consistent display of initiative and teamwork

The Interview Process:
• Your application will be reviewed by the Hiring Manager.
• If you qualify, you’ll complete a 30‑minute video screening with a PeopleOps team member.
• If needed, you’ll take an assessment.
• If you advance, you’ll have a 30‑minute video interview with our T2 Host Support Lead.
• If needed, you’ll then have a 30‑minute video interview with our T2 Member Support Lead or Head of CX.
• If all goes well, you’ll receive an offer.

Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 per year
Job Type: Full‑time
