We’re seeking independent contractor Mods to join our network. If you’re interested in exciting projects for well‑known, modern, high‑profile brands, ModSquad is the place for you. You likely already know and use many of the brands we support. Their customers expect outstanding service—and that’s exactly what our Mods deliver.
Our Mods bring strong skills, a positive attitude, and plenty of energy to every assignment. They help customers find solutions, resolve issues, and confidently navigate products or services. New projects are available now, with more coming soon.
Project hours:
24/7 coverage, with higher demand between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. PT

What we’re looking for:
• Experience with Zendesk
• Background in Tier 1 support
• Experience handling tickets, inbound calls, chat, and email support
• Ability to troubleshoot issues on web and mobile apps
• Strong multitasking across multiple browsers and tabs while assisting customers
• Technical knowledge of Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android devices and apps
• Ability to guide users through navigating or installing apps or websites
• Professional communication and empathy
• Reliable, high‑speed internet
Work setup requirements:
• Your own laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or later
• A quality headset
• A quiet space for calls
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a mobile 2FA app
