JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Recruiter on the Telemedicine Team, you will wear many hats – helping us grow our active provider base, analyzing data to identify key performance indicators, building backend processes, and much more. We’re looking for someone eager to make an impact by proactively solving problems and thinking outside the box to drive efficiencies and track measurable goals.

Responsibilities:

Application review, sourcing, networking, and interviewing tech-savvy medical doctors, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and therapists

Expertly advise on process optimization

Partner closely with the Clinical Educator and Telemedicine Analytics, Operations & Provider Experience teams to deliver a seamless recruiting and onboarding experience

Collaborate with existing practitioner recruitment team, as well as executive leadership, to develop strategy, determine hiring priorities, and reduce talent acquisition costs

Collect and analyze data to inform recruiting efforts, resource allocation, and improve provider retention

Requirements:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of environments (specific focus on healthcare or tech recruiting is preferred)

Bachelor’s degree
