**Customer Support Assistant (Health/Telemedicine)**

### Customer Overview
The client is a telemedicine company based in the U.S., focused on weight-loss treatments using GLP-1, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, offered through a subscription service. They operate across the entire country, in all U.S. states, with fully remote patient onboarding, care management, and medication delivery. The company currently serves about 2,000 active patients and adds roughly 30 new patients per day.

### Role Objective
The client is looking for Virtual Assistants to support daily operations, including reviewing incoming patient information, scheduling appointments, coordinating with healthcare professionals, sending medications, and maintaining ongoing patient communication and follow-ups.

### Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Enter data accurately, complete intake forms, and schedule appointments
2. Contact patients to collect missing information or request additional documents
3. Submit patient data to the RX portal and coordinate medication shipping
4. Provide patients with tracking numbers once medications are shipped
5. Manage patient communications, including FAQs, feedback, concerns, and general questions
6. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear, professional communication with patients and internal teams
7. Perform other assigned tasks as needed

### Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Support Representative in a B2C or B2B environment
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), at least B2 level
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Familiarity with current technologies and tools (e.g., screen sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP)
• Experience with text processing and spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work night shifts (graveyard shift)

### Technical Requirements:
• USB headset with noise cancellation
• Working webcam
• Computer with a processor of at least 1.8 GHz and at least 4GB RAM
• Primary internet speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable)
• Backup internet speed: at least 10 Mbps
