Customer Service Representative (Healthcare/Telehealth)

Client Overview
The client is a U.S.-based telehealth company focused on GLP-1 weight loss treatments, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, delivered through a subscription service. They operate nationwide across all U.S. states, with fully remote patient onboarding, care management, and medication delivery. The company currently serves about 2,000 active patients and adds roughly 30 new patients each day.
Role Objective
The client is looking for Virtual Assistants to help with daily operations, including reviewing patient intake, scheduling appointments, coordinating with providers, submitting medications, and maintaining ongoing patient communication and follow-ups.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Enter data accurately, complete intake forms, and schedule appointments
2. Contact patients to collect missing information or request additional documents
3. Upload patient details to the RX portal and coordinate medication submissions
4. Provide shipment tracking numbers to patients once medications are sent
5. Handle patient communications, including FAQs, feedback, concerns, and general inquiries
6. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear, professional communication with patients and internal teams
7. Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of proven Customer Service Representative experience in a B2C or B2B setting
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), at least B2 level
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with technology and current tools (e.g., desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP)
• Experience using word-processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:
• USB headset with noise-cancellation
