Porkbun is a fully remote domain registrar seeking multiple full-time Technical Support Representatives within the United States. Applicants must live in California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.

Typical customer inquiries include:
• Connecting a domain to Shopify
• Transferring a domain to Porkbun
• Troubleshooting a non-working website
• Purchasing WordPress hosting
• Resolving failed payments
• Linking hosted email to Outlook
• Curious questions like why we’re called Porkbun
You should have professional or personal experience with domains, hosting, or DNS. Strong live technical support experience may also qualify. We want someone with solid troubleshooting ability, a passion for learning, and experience supporting customers via email, chat, and phone.
Key qualifications:
• Ability to provide excellent real-time support by phone and chat, even under pressure
• Strong professional email writing skills
• Genuine interest in helping customers
• Strong problem-solving ability
• At least two years of technical support experience in a help desk or customer-facing role
• Familiarity with domains, hosting, and DNS
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Comfort working remotely
• Appreciation for bad (or great) puns

This role supports expanded U.S. time zone coverage, with a primary focus on handling phone and chat inquiries.
Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific Time
All shifts are 8 hours and include one hour of paid breaks
Compensation: $40,000 per year plus benefits
Benefits include full individual medical, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days, and a Simple IRA with a 3% company match after one year.
