What You’ll Do:
Customer Service Excellence:
• Respond to customer calls and provide personalized solutions to technical problems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving iOS, macOS, smartphones, tablets, or PCs.
• Use multiple systems to research information and offer fast, accurate solutions.
Adaptable Communication:
• Engage with a diverse customer base by adjusting your communication style as needed.
• Recognize and react to both verbal and non-verbal cues to improve the support experience.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other advisors to share knowledge, solve problems, and reach team goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer Service Focus:
• Experience in customer-facing roles, including call centers or support environments (volunteer or academic experience counts!).
Technical Interest:
• Good knowledge of iOS, macOS, smartphones, tablets, or PCs, along with a passion for problem-solving.
Composure Under Pressure:
• Maintain professionalism and remain calm during high-pressure situations or challenging interactions.
Growth Mindset:
• Open to coaching and feedback, with a desire to learn and improve continuously.
What You Bring:
• Demonstrated experience in customer support or technical assistance, ideally in a call center.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a flexible approach.
• Confidence using multiple software tools and systems.
• Self-motivation and strong time management.
