The Role
We’re seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through chat and email only. Your responsibilities include answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This is a fully remote position, but if you are near Nantes, you’re welcome to work from our office from time to time.
What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in English is essential, as it’s our main working language and strong written and spoken communication skills are required.
• Technical knowledge: You don’t need to be a developer, but you should have a solid understanding of technical concepts such as HTML/CSS. This is not a role where you can learn everything on the job.
• Experience in live chat customer support: You should be able to manage several customer conversations at once and provide clear, efficient answers in a fast-paced environment. Experience with live chat tools is a strong advantage.
• Experience with B2B and support software: You should understand how SaaS products function and have experience using or supporting B2B tools such as help desks, CRMs, or ticketing systems.
• Team spirit: Empathy, kindness, active listening, and a collaborative attitude are important. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy teamwork and contributing to a positive environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: proficiency in any additional European language.

Contract Details
• In France: You will be hired under a standard permanent employment contract (CDI).
• Outside France: The role is offered as a full-time freelance service contract. You must be an independent contractor in your country and able to issue invoices.

Compensation & Perks
• The annual gross salary for this role is approximately 30k–35k€, depending on your profile.
