What you will do
– You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.
– Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing to closing top technical talent across all levels, with a focus on Tech/Engineering roles.
– Develop close partnerships with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements.
– Ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
– Use our Applicant Tracking System Lever (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently and provide weekly/monthly recruiting reports.
– Source talent from both passive and active pools using platforms like SeekOut to ensure access to a diverse and high-quality candidate pipeline.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to create inclusive job descriptions using DataPeople, aimed at attracting a diverse pool of candidates.
– Use a data-driven approach to recruiting, analyzing metrics and recruitment insights to improve sourcing processes and improve hiring outcomes.

– Analytical skills and a process-driven mindset to continuously improve recruiting strategies and sourcing outcomes.
– Strong interest in technology and a drive to explore innovative talent acquisition tools.
– A commitment to quality over quantity and experience in enhancing the company’s diversity through strategic hiring.
– High collaboration skills, thriving in a team environment.
What we look for
– 8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing, ideally within a cloud technology company.
– Expertise in recruiting for senior technical and engineering roles within the cybersecurity industry.
– Background in enterprise software environments, with a strong understanding of domain-specific needs.
– Ability to leverage data to make informed sourcing and recruitment decisions.
– Adaptability in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between 126,000 USD and 173,800 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
