The Role
We’re seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them through chat and email only—no phone calls. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This is a fully remote position, but if you live near Nantes, you’re welcome to work from our office occasionally.

What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in English is essential, as it’s our main working language and strong written and spoken communication are required.
• Fluency in French and one additional language (such as German, Dutch, etc.) is required.
• Technical knowledge: While you don’t need to be a developer, you must have a solid grasp of technical concepts like HTML/CSS. This isn’t a role where you learn as you go—you need to come prepared.
• Team spirit: Empathy, kindness, understanding, active listening, and a collaborative attitude are crucial. If you enjoy teamwork and contributing to a positive environment, you’ll fit right in.
• Experience with customer support tools is helpful but not required.

What Makes Crisp Unique?
• Everyone takes part in customer support, including our developers, which keeps the entire team connected to users’ needs.
• No meetings, so you can focus on meaningful work without disruptions.
• No personal KPIs—we trust you to do great work without micromanagement.

Contract Details
• In France: You’ll be employed under a standard permanent contract (CDI).
• Outside France: You’ll work under a full-time freelance service contract. You must be an independent contractor in your country and able to issue invoices.

Who Can Apply?
• You must be located within an EU timezone.
• Being available to start immediately is a plus.

Compensation & Perks
• The salary range for this role is approximately 30k€ to 35k€ gross per year, depending on your experience.
• Be part of a diverse, inclusive, remote-first team that values flexibility and work-life balance.
