Role: Senior Technical Writer

Experience Level: 8–14 years

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

Shift Days: Sunday to Thursday

Role Summary

Create precise CMP documentation that’s easy for developers and operators to use—covering API specifications, runbooks, onboarding materials, and ADRs—while following docs-as-code practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain API documentation (OpenAPI), SDK examples, and usage guides.

· Document system architecture, ADRs, and operational playbooks/runbooks.

· Write release notes and UI guidance; uphold documentation standards and versioning.

Required Skills

· Technical writing for developer platforms using Markdown and docs-as-code.

· Ability to read code (Python/TypeScript) and understand API contracts.

· Knowledge of private cloud operations, including IaaS/PaaS/DBaaS, networking, and IAM/PAM.

· Experience documenting operational procedures for PostgreSQL/MS SQL.

KPIs / Success Measures

Measure success through documentation completeness and accuracy, reduced onboarding time, and lower support demand.
