The Role
We’re seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through chat and email only—no phone support. You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role is fully remote, but if you’re near Nantes, you’re welcome to occasionally work from our office.

What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in English is required: It’s our main working language, so strong written and spoken skills are essential.
• Experience in live chat customer support: You should be confident managing multiple chats at once and delivering quick, clear responses. Familiarity with live chat tools is a strong advantage.
• Experience with B2B and support software: You should understand SaaS products and have used or supported tools like help desks, CRMs, or ticketing systems.
• Strong team spirit: Empathy, kindness, active listening, and collaboration matter to us. You’ll thrive here if you value a supportive team culture.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Contract Details
• In France: You’ll be hired under a standard permanent contract (CDI).
• Outside France: You’ll work under a full‑time freelance service contract. You must have independent contractor status in your country and be able to invoice.
