We’re seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist who brings intelligence, empathy, and ownership to every client interaction—someone who enhances the support experience as an extension of our engineering excellence.

What You’ll Do:
– Be the first point of contact for clients, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely, thoughtful solutions.
– Build a strong understanding of our services, from CFD modeling to physical modeling, to better support client outcomes.
– Communicate professionally and clearly with technical accuracy through email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
– Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
– Document and track client interactions, maintain clear case records, and help improve internal processes.
– Spot trends and recurring challenges, sharing insights that drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring:
– 2+ years of Customer Support or Client Success experience, ideally serving technical, scientific, or engineering clients.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
– Empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
– Excellent organization and independence, with success in a remote work setting.
– Experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk) and remote collaboration tools (such as Slack and Zoom).
– Bonus: Experience or a strong interest in civil engineering, environmental science, aerospace, or biotechnology.
