We’re looking to hire a **Technical Customer Support Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them via chat and email (no phone support). You’ll handle incoming requests, diagnose and resolve technical problems, and contribute to a smooth, positive customer experience.

This is a **fully remote position**. If you’re located near Nantes, you may occasionally work from our office.

## What we’re looking for
– **Fluency in English and French is required**: English is our primary working language, so strong writing and speaking skills are essential. We also support French-speaking customers. Additional languages are a plus.
– **Technical understanding**: you don’t need to be a developer, but you must be comfortable with technical concepts such as HTML/CSS. This role won’t be fully trained from scratch—please be ready to start.
– **Live chat customer support experience**: you should be confident managing multiple customer conversations at the same time and replying clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with live chat tools is a plus.
– **Experience with B2B and support software**: you should understand how SaaS works and have experience using B2B tools such as help desks, CRMs, or ticketing systems.
– **Team-minded attitude**: empathy, kindness, active listening, and collaboration are essential. You’ll thrive here if you value teamwork and a positive culture.
– Strong **communication** and **problem-solving** skills.
– **Bonus**: fluency in an additional European language.

## Contract details
– **In France**: you’ll be hired on a **standard employment contract (CDI)** if you live in France.
– **Outside France**: if you work from abroad, you’ll work under a **full-time freelance services contract**. You must be self-employed in your country and able to invoice.

## Compensation & benefits
– The salary is **€30K–€35K gross per year**, depending on experience.
