We are hiring a **Technical Customer Support Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them via chat and email (no phone support). You will handle incoming requests, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and help ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.

This is a **fully remote position**. If you are located near Nantes, you may occasionally work from our office.

## What we’re looking for
– **Bilingual in English and French (required)**: English is our primary working language, so strong written and verbal communication is essential. We also support French-speaking customers. Additional languages are a plus.
– **Strong technical skills**: you don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable with technical topics such as HTML/CSS. While full training will not be provided from scratch, you should be ready to start.
– **Experience with live chat support**: you should be able to manage multiple customer conversations at once and respond clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with live chat tools is preferred.
– **B2B experience and familiarity with support tools**: you should understand how SaaS works and have experience in B2B support environments such as help desks, CRMs, or ticketing systems.
– **Team-oriented mindset**: empathy, kindness, active listening, and collaboration are key. You will thrive here if you enjoy working with others and value a positive team culture.
– Excellent **communication** and **problem-solving** skills.
– **Bonus**: proficiency in an additional European language.

## Contract details
– **In France**: if you live in France, you will be hired under a **standard employment contract (CDI)**.
– **Outside France**: if you work from abroad, you will sign a **full-time freelance services agreement**. You must be self-employed in your country and able to issue invoices.
