Piton Labs is seeking a committed Business Development Representative as we enter our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our client base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates located between GMT‑8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT‑3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
You’ll be involved in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with support from our founding team. Deep technical expertise isn’t required, but a general understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to prospective clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential clients
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Developing and executing sales strategies focused on our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to relay client needs and insights
• Building strong relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address client challenges

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally within a tech company
• Proven ability to generate new business
REMOTE WORK POLICY
• 100% remote with no physical office
• Preference for candidates based in the United States with legal work authorization
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4 to 6 hours with Eastern Time most days
• Compatible with a digital nomad lifestyle, with no fixed location requirement
