Responsibilities
Recruiting across specialized technical roles such as:
– Inference Researchers to design Bayesian inference algorithms
– Optimization Researchers to specify optimisation problems and develop algorithms
– Software Developers (Julia) to develop the core components of our system
Find innovative and creative ways to source specialized talent outside of conventional recruiting channels.
Develop and increase visibility of PlantingSpace’s employer brand within relevant domains through online promotion, sponsorships, conference participation, networking and collaborating with academia, etc.
Be proactive in shaping and further developing the culture of the team; participate in development of trainings and knowledge exchanges for the tech team.
Requirement
3-5 years as recruiter for technical roles in ambitious software development and research environments
Track record recruiting researchers and software engineers in the field of AI or Knowledge Representation
Played a strategic and hands-on role in developing employer brand and recruiting channels
Worked in remote and globally distributed teams
Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
Has a proven interest in new/progressive ways of work
