– At least 1 year of proven experience in a Tech Project Management role.
– Experience with agile methodologies, ideally with development teams.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Ability to handle uncertainty around business requirements.
– Creative problem-solving and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
– Experience working with GitHub, Notion, and Zoom.
– Ability to plan engaging online team-building events.
– A strong growth mindset and passion for learning.
– Strong attention to detail (include the word lite somewhere in your application).
– Interest in one or more industries: email marketing, automation, e-commerce, iOS mobile apps, web development.
– Time zone requirement: UTC ± 4.

What we offer:
– Gross annual salary: $36,000–$45,600.
– Remote-first culture with team members working from around the world.

– 4 creative days: one paid day off each quarter for something creative and fun.
– 12 parental days per year: parents can take one paid day off each month to spend time with their children.
