Piton Labs is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join our team as we enter the next phase of our growth. As the first person in this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates located in time zones between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3, but we’ll review other applications on a case-by-case basis.

**Responsibilities and expectations**
You will help drive the full sales process—from the first outreach to closing—supported by our founding team. Deep technical expertise isn’t required, but a solid understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate the value of our solutions clearly.

Your main responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to our key markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
– Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer needs and market feedback
– Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
– Presenting and delivering demos that show how our solutions address customer pain points

**About you**
You’re ambitious and have strong experience in business development. You naturally build relationships and grow them over time. You stand out with:

**Minimum requirements**
– Fluent English (near-native level)
– 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in the technology sector
– Proven success in acquiring new customers

**Remote work**
– 100% remote (no office location)
– Ideally: candidates based in the United States with work authorization
– Secondary priority: candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours most days with the US East Coast schedule
– Suitable for digital nomads—no fixed workplace
