Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 4 Business Analysts
- Train the team to bring our Tableau dashboards to the next level and assure technical as well as operational quality
- Oversee the execution and stakeholder management of key projects and guide the team members to become better project managers
- Improve operational processes within the team together with the coordinator
- Be a driver of automation within the company – work smarter, not harder
- Set up and own Analytics OKRs
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven results in motivating and developing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Tableau, both when it comes to preparing data as well as visualizing it
- Strong SQL and Database skills: to fetch and combine the data where it resides
- Knowing Python and familiarity with AWS and Apache Airflow are a huge plus
- Experience leading cross-departmental projects
- Strong advocate of feedback culture and used to providing honest and, at times, critical feedback to advance the mission
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
