We are seeking a Talent Specialist to support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and talent initiatives across the Model N India and global teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Learning & Development experience who enjoys building enablement content, coordinating programs, and supporting enterprise talent initiatives across regions.
This role partners closely with Talent Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to support business-aligned talent priorities, including onboarding, manager development, career growth, and employee capability initiatives for both MNI and global teams. As we continue to modernize our talent programs—including the thoughtful use of AI tools to enhance learning design and operational efficiency—this role will help operationalize and scale these efforts.
The Talent Specialist will focus on execution: building content, coordinating program delivery, maintaining learning platforms, and supporting HRBP-driven talent needs across multiple geographies and time zones
Learning Content Development & Coordination
- Develop and update facilitator guides, presentation materials, videos, job aids, toolkits, and eLearning modules for MNI and global audiences.
- Ensure content is clear, scalable, and adaptable across regions.
- Apply adult learning principles to create practical and engaging development experiences.
- Use AI tools, where appropriate, to support content drafting, editing, and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for learning sessions, including scheduling across time zones.
HRBP & Business Support
- Partner with HRBPs supporting MNI and global teams to address business-specific talent and development needs.
- Assist in preparing materials and resources for talent conversations, development planning, and manager enablement.
- Support execution of HRBP-led initiatives such as onboarding sessions, team workshops, and talent processes.
- Respond to manager and employee inquiries regarding development programs and learning resources.
Program Support & Activation
- Support rollout and coordination of onboarding, career development, and manager effectiveness programs across MNI and global populations.
- Maintain and distribute resources that support talent frameworks (competencies, career paths, development planning).
- Track participation and follow up with stakeholders to support program adoption.
- Gather feedback and summarize insights to inform continuous improvement.
Learning Platform & Reporting Support
- Administer and maintain learning content within Workday Learning (or similar LMS/LXP platforms).
- Run reports on participation, completion rates, and engagement metrics across MNI and global populations.
- Support basic analysis of learning data to inform program enhancements and respond to HRBP reporting needs.
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, HRBP support, or related HR roles.
- Experience developing and updating learning materials (presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, eLearning)
- Experience supporting HRBPs or business leaders in executing talent initiatives
- Experience administering LMS platforms (Workday Learning preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel including pivot tables, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate preferred).
- Demonstrated AI mindset, including familiarity and examples with AI tools to enhance content creation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region teams; technology industry experience preferred.
