The People Team at Paymentology is the heart of our company: we find and hire talented Paymentologists around the world, ensure they have the support and guidance they need to grow, and keep team members connected across time zones.

As a Global Recruiter at Paymentology, you will play a key role in our People and Talent Acquisition team, helping us meet ambitious hiring targets as we expand our teams globally.

What you get to do:
In this role, you will recruit for our fast-growing teams, working closely with committed hiring managers across Paymentology. You will drive results, which sometimes requires making difficult decisions or thoughtfully challenging other viewpoints. We therefore expect you to be organised, adaptable, and a strong communicator.

You will be responsible for actively sourcing top talent and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates.

We believe hiring teams should be closely involved in the process, since they will work with the new Paymentologist. In this role, you will also:
– Guide and coach everyone involved in interviews to ensure we deliver an exceptional, consistent experience aligned with Paymentology culture.
– Represent and reinforce our culture throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

What it takes to succeed:
We are looking for people who thrive in an asynchronous, collaborative environment—strong team players who also take ownership and can work independently to achieve Paymentology’s goals.

– 6+ years of recruitment experience (generalist and/or tech).
– Proven strategic sourcing and closing skills, with a track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing unique technical and product talent.
– The ability to develop creative recruitment strategies, incorporate diversity into sourcing efforts, and consistently achieve results for niche job profiles.
– Integrity and professionalism as an ambassador for both yourself and Paymentology, internally and externally.
– Strong prioritisation across competing demands, with responsiveness, business focus, integrity, and sound judgment.
– The ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them through collaboration and analysis.
– Comfort working with high autonomy (we will support and collaborate with you, but you must be able to work independently).
