At Octopus Energy Services we are executing phenomenal growth plans to bring low carbon heating to customer’s homes. We are building a UK-wide team of engineers that will inspire our customers and give them the tools to fight climate change.

We now seek a tech-savvy Talent Attraction & Analytics Specialist to evolve our acquisition and recruiting analytics strategy. You’ll consult cross-functionally while deriving macro talent insights from talent signals using statistical models and forecasting that help scale our purpose.

What you’ll do

  • Manage reporting on talent health KPIs informing strategy
  • Market analysis and talent mapping to define a clear attraction strategy
  • Mine applicant, hiring, retention, and promotion data for macro insights
  • Develop interactive candidate journey analytics and predictive tools
  • Design inclusive employer branding strategy and targeted talent attraction campaigns
  • Champion equal opportunity through ongoing process analysis

What you’ll need

  • Strong technical aptitude in navigating BI tools and SQL to analyse large datasets
  • Leadership influence through data storytelling and compelling presentations
  • Recruitment Project management excellence coordinating multifaceted programs
  • Commitment to elevating candidate and colleague experience backed by analytics
  • Growth marketing interest and broad analytics skillset
