As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for intern and junior administrative positions across our EMEA locations. This role is perfect for someone looking to jumpstart their career in HR, as you will own the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding while gaining experience in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry-level administrative positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Sourcing & Employer Branding: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, university career portals, and local job boards (e.g., Indeed, StepStone) to build a robust pipeline of candidates. Promote our employer brand to attract early-career talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers across EMEA to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey by maintaining clear, timely communication with all applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination: Handle high-volume scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones.
- Administrative Support & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate data in our hiring systems.
- Onboarding Support: Partner with HR Operations to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding for all new hires.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Regional Knowledge: Basic understanding of labor laws and hiring practices within the EMEA region.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
