If you’re passionate about connecting top-tier talent with exciting opportunities, we need you on our team. We’re searching for a driven and creative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic global Talent Acquisition Team of 5. This isn’t just another recruiting role – it’s a chance to shape our global talent strategy and play a key role in our continued growth. Get ready to make a real impact!
Your Challenge

    • Full-Cycle Recruitment Expert: Own the entire recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing hidden gems to screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Your focus will be on Technical and Go-To-Market roles, so a tech-savvy mindset is a plus.
    • Hiring Manager Partner: Partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers to understand their needs, align on expectations, and create a seamless interview experience. You’ll be their trusted advisor, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring best practices are followed.
    • Global Talent Strategist: Contribute to the long-term vision for hiring in Czechia and Slovakia but also across other countries such as the UK, Germany, North America or Australia. Collaborate with the People & Culture and Employer Brand team to develop innovative strategies that attract the best talent worldwide.
    • ATS Master (Lever Experience a Plus): Become a Lever guru, managing our ATS to ensure candidates are properly pipelined and our data is squeaky clean.
    • Talent Scout: Explore and leverage diverse hiring channels, constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to connect with top talent. Bring your creative sourcing skills to the table.
    • University Relations Champion: Help us build strong relationships with universities and manage career events to tap into the next generation of talent.
    • Team Player & Culture Champion: Support the broader People & Culture team on various programs, initiatives, and internal events. We’re a close-knit team, and your collaborative spirit will be valued.

    • You’re a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • You’re creative, ethical, and possess strong business acumen.
    • You’re a master of planning and prioritization, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
    • You’re fluent in written and spoken English.
