Recruit. You will own end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning requirements, assessing applicants, joining interviews, guiding candidates throughout the process, to facilitating the final decisions.
Source. You will actively seek out talents globally and get them excited about Targomo and our technology.
Invent. You will continuously think of new ways to source, attract, & recruit the brightest talents out there.
Partner. You will work with different teams across our company to strengthen each department with every hire, driven by recruitment data and your knowledge of the market.
Contribute. You will initiate and get involved in projects to foster a positive, diverse, & inclusive work environment.
- Experience as an in-house or agency recruiter, preferably in the tech space
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment
- Familiarity with recruitment data, tools, and workflows
- A passion for people and people analytics
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and fluency in English
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and fluency in German

Our technology simplifies online analysis for spatial objects by applying sophisticated route planning and travel time algorithms based on OpenStreetMaps and GTFS.
