We are looking to hire a Contract Recruiter within our Investments team to support our Active Equities business located throughout the US (primarily NYC & San Francisco). The successful candidate will have strong, proven experience managing full life-cycle recruiting processes for lower to mid-level roles.

The ability to work consultatively with senior level managers throughout the hiring process is critical. The position will support hiring efforts across such concentrations as Scientific and Fundamental Equities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Provide exceptional client service and candidate experiences throughout the full life cycle of recruiting. Consult with senior managers to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop/implement effective sourcing strategies. Source, screen, and guide candidates through a successful interviewing and candidate experience. Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates, leveraging online recruiting resources and in-house TMS (Taleo). Monitor, participate, and enable best candidate interviewing process using a competency based assessment methodology. Educate and influence hiring managers on candidates’ skill sets, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions.
