Swahili-Speaking Customer Experience Officer
The Role:

Key responsibilities include:
• Responding to client inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
• Conducting individual client analysis and taking appropriate actions
• Managing client requests effectively while delivering high-quality service
• Promoting available products and services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborating efficiently with other departments when needed
• Supporting the team by achieving set goals
Main requirements:
• Degree in a business-related discipline
• Experience handling clients in the financial services industry is an advantage
• Native-level Swahili speaker with strong English communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay well-organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong computer skills
• Valid work permit required
