Hey Contact Heroes is launching an expanded inbound customer service initiative for a major, well-known mobile network provider, specifically for prepaid customers.

We’re looking for reliable, motivated freelancers from around the world who live outside Germany and want to support us on a long-term basis in inbound customer service.

If you live and work outside Germany and want to work remotely as an independent freelancer, this is the perfect opportunity.

Tasks / What to expect:
• Answering inbound calls about prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical questions
• A professional project setup with dedicated points of contact
• Flexible working hours within the project scope—you decide when you work
• Compensation per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• Fully remote work—work from anywhere in the world (except Germany)

Qualifications:
1. Legal and formal requirements:
• Freelance/independent contractor status in your country of residence
• Residency outside Germany
• Ability to issue compliant invoices for international clients (including us) according to local laws
• Meeting all tax obligations in your country

2. Professional and personal requirements:
• German proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer support is a plus
• Independent working style and strong organizational skills
• Long-term commitment to the project

3. Technical requirements:
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful computer
• A quiet, private home office space with no third-party access or visibility
• Secure use of web-based tools
