We offer a wide range of add-ons, snippets, and tutorials that help our customers perform genuinely magical things with Gravity Forms. In this role, you’ll keep the magic going when customers run into bugs, face theme or plugin conflicts, or reach out with questions about what’s possible across our multiple Gravity Forms add-on suites.

This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday) and includes a one-month probation period. We provide a competitive salary, unlimited paid time off, and two salary increases each year. The salary range for this position is $40,000–$60,000 USD per year.

Work hours are flexible, though our main coverage window is 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

We take customer support seriously—comically serious. Our ideal wizard is highly detail-oriented and efficient at troubleshooting. If you’re also a reliable, friendly communicator who writes excellent English and isn’t afraid to sprinkle in a smile or two, you’ll fit right in. 😃

We go the extra mile for our customers. We’re glad to help with small customizations and adjustments to ensure our products work for each customer’s unique needs. To do this, you’ll need to be comfortable with WordPress and capable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and working with WordPress actions/hooks and filters. Experience with Gravity Forms is not required, but it’s strongly preferred.
