ModSquad partners with major global brands and is currently looking for outstanding customer service professionals.

We’re seeking independent contractor Mods to join our network. If you want to work on fast-paced projects for well-known, modern, high-visibility brands, ModSquad is a great fit. Many of the brands we support are likely ones you already recognize and use. Their customers expect exceptional service—and that’s what our Mods deliver.

Our Mods bring strong skills, a proactive attitude, and real enthusiasm to every task. They help customers find answers, resolve issues, and navigate products or services with confidence. New projects are available now, with more coming soon.

**Project hours:**
24/7 coverage, with the highest demand from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PT

**Orientation start date:**
December 23, 2024

**Hourly rate:**
Discussed during the interview

**Availability:**
20 hours per week
Up to 60 days, depending on project needs

**Language:**
English

**What we’re looking for:**
• Zendesk experience
• Tier 1 support experience
• Familiarity with tickets, inbound calls, chat, and email support
• Ability to troubleshoot web and mobile app issues
• Strong multitasking skills across multiple browsers and tabs
• Technical knowledge of Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android devices and apps
• Ability to guide users through installing or navigating apps and websites
• Professional, empathetic communication
• Reliable, high-speed internet

**Work setup requirements:**
• Personal laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or newer
• Quality headset
• Quiet workspace for calls
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a mobile 2FA app
