We’re a small three‑person team that has been building tools for Shopify merchants for over two years. As we’ve continued to grow, we’ve reached the point where we need a dedicated customer support role.

Even without a full‑time support position, we’ve always taken customer care seriously, which is reflected in our excellent app rating. Now, we’re ready to take our support to the next level.

You’ll be our first customer support hire and a key part of the team. You’ll help us create the systems and processes that future support teams will rely on.

You’ll also have the chance to explore other areas of the company. We always welcome initiative.

Some of the main responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via live chat or email and resolve their issues
• Continuously learn about our app’s features and the Shopify ecosystem to better assist users
• Gather and summarize product feedback and propose improvements
• Manually test new app features
• Take on additional tasks such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups—depending on your skills and interests

Must‑haves:
• Basic knowledge of JS, HTML, and CSS, and a willingness to learn more when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy interacting with people and solving their problems
• Ability to handle challenging customers (though this is rare)
• Confidence working with advanced technical concepts
• Ability and willingness to write technical documentation or articles
• Openness to tasks outside of support, since we’re a small startup where everyone wears multiple hats
• Availability to work with at least four hours of overlap with GMT+7 between 9:00 and 18:00

Nice‑to‑haves:
• Experience with Shopify, especially theme development or customization
• Experience in the B2B SaaS space
• Knowledge of additional languages, especially French, Spanish, or Italian
• Other skills valuable in a startup, such as marketing, SEO, or video editing

Salary:
Negotiable
