AirDNA and Uplisting

About AirDNA: AirDNA is a leading data insights and analytics company in the short-term rental industry. We provide practical data and market intelligence that help property managers, investors, and hospitality professionals make smarter decisions. Our innovative platform converts raw data into useful insights that drive results in the fast-changing vacation rental market.

Founded in 2015, we’ve grown into a top provider of data and business intelligence for the billion-dollar travel and vacation rental sector, with offices in Denver and Barcelona. We monitor the daily performance of more than 10 million Airbnb and Vrbo properties across 120,000 markets worldwide, and we gather information from over one million partner properties. By combining scraped and source data, supported by our proprietary algorithms, we deliver the most accurate and comprehensive solutions available.

In 2023, AirDNA acquired Uplisting, a technology company transforming the short-term rental market. We provide property managers and owners with advanced tools that simplify operations, increase direct bookings, and improve overall performance. After gaining strong traction in the UK—where we launched and became one of the best-known platforms—we’re now focused on expanding in the US and bringing our proven solutions to a new audience.

We encourage you to apply even if you’re not certain you meet every requirement listed. We review every application carefully, not only those that match all criteria.

The Role: We’re seeking a self-motivated, passionate Customer Support Specialist to join the Uplisting team. You’ll help manage thousands of customers, keeping them as satisfied as possible while supporting them in succeeding. You will follow customer lifecycle procedures and policies to drive customer success and business growth throughout the customer journey (before and after the initial sale).

To succeed, you’ll need:

  • Fluent or near-native English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savviness and analytical ability—able to interpret data, troubleshoot problems, and use tools effectively.
  • A customer-first mindset, focused on delivering the best possible experience.
  • Strong multitasking skills—comfortable handling live chats, emails, and calls efficiently.
  • Relevant experience—at least a couple of years in customer support or a related role.
  • Flexible working hours—you can adjust to different shifts as needed. Uplisting support runs 24/5/365, with weekday shifts Monday to Friday from 06:00–14:00, 12:00–20:00, 15:00–23:00, and 23:00–07:00 (GMT), plus weekend shifts from 06:00–14:00. The primary shift for this role is 12:00–20:00 (GMT).

What you’ll do:

  • Support users with confidence—become an expert in Uplisting so you can guide customers through the product, features, and integrations.
  • Deliver excellent support—handle live chats, emails, and support calls professionally and with care.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues—identify problems and help customers efficiently.
  • Work with other teams—partner across departments to improve processes, strengthen the customer experience, and reinforce our customer-focused approach.
  • Live our core values—bring “Happy, Hungry and Honest” to everything you do.

What you can expect from us:

  • Base salary of 23,000 GBP
  • 36 holidays per year
  • Continuing education stipend
  • A personal growth plan to progress in the role
  • Language lessons via Preply (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
  • A talented international team and an energetic workplace
  • Bottom-up management—we listen to your ideas and implement them

Hiring process:

  • First stage: Online interview with the People Team (30 minutes)
  • Second stage: Written exercise
  • Third stage: Online interview with the Hiring Manager and peers (1 hour)
  • Target start date: April
