You will assist businesses by responding to live chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The position is fully remote, so you can work online from anywhere.
Main responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and providing discounts through live chat on a company’s website or social media accounts. This role is paid hourly.
Contract length: No fixed term
Pay rate: $25–$35 per hour
Requirements: You’ll need a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with reliable internet and basic written English skills.
Skills/Experience: Entry-level chat support. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
Location: Completely remote worldwide (United States candidates are preferred).
