This job posting is for a live chat support position online. We need people who can write responses in real-time chat conversations. Candidates must have strong English writing skills and a positive, helpful attitude. No prior experience is required.

In this role, you will assist businesses by replying to messages from live chat on their websites or social media accounts. All positions are fully remote, so you can work from anywhere.

What you’ll do: As a live chat support agent, you’ll be paid to answer customer questions, send sales links, and offer discounts through the chat on a company’s website or social channels.

Contract length: No fixed term

Pay: $25 to $35 per hour

Requirements: You must have a laptop, phone, or tablet, plus reliable internet access. Basic English writing skills are required.

Skills/experience: These are entry-level chat support roles. Full training is provided, and no previous work experience is needed.

Location: Worldwide remote, with preference for applicants located in the United States.
