This is an opportunity to work as a Live Chat Customer Support Agent. We are looking for people who can communicate in writing during online conversations, have very strong written English skills, and maintain a friendly attitude. Prior work experience is not required.
You will support businesses by responding to customer inquiries in their live chat on websites or social media platforms. The role is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere.
Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sending relevant sales links, and sharing discounts via live chat on the company’s websites or through its social channels. Pay is hourly.
Contract duration: permanent (no fixed end date)
Compensation: $25–$35 per hour
Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, as well as a reliable internet connection; basic written English skills are also required.
Skills/experience: Entry-level chat support positions are available. Comprehensive training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
Location: fully remote worldwide (preferably the United States)
