Limitless Technology is seeking a passionate and empathetic Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our global network of remote freelance professionals.
In this role, you represent one of the best-known gaming brands in the world. You’ll work alongside hundreds of other players, using your expertise to provide gamers with a smooth, seamless experience through fast, clear, and friendly chat support. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every customer interaction is easy and enjoyable.
– Fully remote, freelancer role, paid hourly
– Available shifts Monday to Friday, currently from 9:00 to 18:30 (UTC)
– Hourly rate $5–$20 (depending on your location), plus additional bonuses based on quality and volume
– You choose your shifts
– To stay on the team, you must maintain a weekly average of at least 20 hours and complete 100+ chat conversations
– Over time, we’ll expand support to all global markets and offer 24/7 shift options to maximize your flexibility
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting users and values flexibility in both scheduling and working style.
Your responsibilities
– Chat with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and guide them to solutions
– Provide accurate, high-quality support according to service standards, the brand’s tone, and brand values
– Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
– Maintain clear and consistent notes for every interaction
– Stay up to date on product updates, service information, and policies to provide informed support
– Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve the overall customer experience
What you bring
– Proven customer support experience, ideally via chat or digital support
– Excellent written English with strong spelling and grammar skills
– Ability to use multiple tools and systems at the same time
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills
– Reliable internet connection and your own computer
– Flexibility for different shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
– Additional customer-related requirements, such as a valid PSN ID active for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gameplay per month, and no community bans in the last 12 months
– At least one Windows 11 64-bit device (Mac and Chromebook support will be added soon)
