This is a real-time chat customer support position. We’re looking for people who can communicate effectively in writing during online conversations, with excellent English writing skills and a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.

You will help businesses by responding to live chat messages on their websites or on social media platforms. This is a fully remote role, so you can work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through live chat on the company’s website or on its social platforms. Pay is hourly.

Contract duration: Ongoing (indefinite)

Pay: $25 to $35 per hour

Requirements: A laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a stable internet connection. Basic knowledge of English writing is also required.

Skills/Experience: Entry-level chat support positions. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Location: Fully remote worldwide (preference for candidates in the U.S.).
